Baking Classes

Learn to make a light, high loaf from 100% whole grain wheat. You don't need a mixer or bread machine to get these results. Just 4 minutes of kneading by hand. Learn how, your bread can be this good. Currently I have 4 different bread classes available. The first is the Basic Whole Grain Bread using a slow fermentation method with 4 minutes of kneading by hand. A very easy bread to make and the dough can be used in many different ways. The second class is a 7 Grain Bread this bread is made with a 7 grain cooked cereal. It's a bit more difficult to make than the basic bread but still an easy bread to make. The third class is the popular Pizza and Calzone class anyone can make pizza dough this is a recipe you will use over and over again. The newest class is my Rye Bread, finally a rye bread that you can make with out a mixer and is light and tasty. If you have tried rye before and been disappointed with the brick you made, this is the class for you. An easy and great rye bread.

All of the classes start at 9:00 and end around 1:00 PM, lunch and snacks  are served. You will not need to bring anything, just a pen to take extra notes if you wish on the instructions that are handed out. When you leave the class you will take home complete directions and a whole grain mix to practice what you have learned.
