About Us,
My husband and I stopped eating processed flour several years ago to lose weight. I began milling my own flour, which has lead to bread baking classes and now a cookbook. I sell my breads and baked goods weekly at the local Farmer's Market. Whole grains have changed our lives, we eat better and still have kept the weight off.
